Things I suck at, according to my sister.
If you ask anyone who really knows me, they will tell you the thing I am best at in this entire world is loving my sister. Not just that I feel an abiding affection for her that is both present and nostalgic, empowering and protective. No, I love my sister in that open-palmed, all-encompassing, fearless, ridiculous way that only children and puppies love. I just never grew out of it.
And if you ask my sister the things I'm worst at in this entire world, here's what she'd say:
1. Time management.
2. Saying no.
3. Throwing shit away.
4. Putting shit where it belongs.
5. Keeping up with shit.
6. Allowing fictional characters to make incorrect decisions about their emotional well being.
7. Cooking. Excepting spaghetti.
8. Returning phone calls.
9. Keeping up with your phone in the first place.
She's right. I'm also really bad at wires, especially when there's like ten not color-coded ones that criss-cross between boxes and electronics and the wall.

I hate wires! I can never tell them apart either, so I just end up pulling really hard on whatever one I need and I've been told that's not, like, good for the cord or something. Whatever.
I'm also horrible at the phone thing. I have a cell phone that I never carry and rarely even keep nearby. When exasperated people, having spent precious energy banging my number into their phone only to not get an answer, demand an explanation to why I bother having a phone at all, I answer simply, 'Just in case', which only seems to infuriate them further. I just don't like leashes.
Or talking on phones.
Or talking on phones while wearing a leash. You get my point.
"Please hang up and try your shit again."
I don't know.
Sisters are seriously the best fucking people in the world. Mine took care of me today because I'm sick. But yours seems cool too. :)
Yeah, well this post has NOT been removed. Take that!
Ain't nothin' wrong with spaghetti. I'm just sayin' is all.
Hello, Collective.
You dont suck at loving people, you dont suck at writin..or making us smile :)
My grandmother was queen of "everything has a place and every place for everything" or whatever that expression is..and I'm about as good at it, as I am at quoting it!
Wires? So with all the wireless technology, why do we even have to know anything about wires anyway?! And phones? Don't even start with me on phones. Having recently fallen on mine and smashed it, I'm not qualified to comment.
I think that if you could learn #2 (heh), maybe some of the others wouldn't matter so much. Like, hell no, I'm not going to cook for you. :)
