Pesto, chicken & spinach pizza with red bell pepper strips, asiago & mozzerella. Drink whatever you want so long as it doesn't take up too much room, because you (and by "you" I mean "I") will not want to stop eating this deliciousness.

Late to the pizza party, but here's the lowdown:Make two pizza crust from scratch and grill that sucker ON A GRILL. Let it cool off, then mix pesto with a bunch of diced garlic and some tomato sauce. Spread the sauce on your crust. Grill some chicken breasts and andouille sausage ON THE GRILL. Cut them into small hunks and spread around your en-sauced crust. Slice hunks of mozzarella from a small brick of cheese and spread it strategically over your pizzas. Toss them in the oven for 15 minutes at 400 degrees to melt the cheese.Drink: True Blonde Ale from the Ska Brewing Co.This needs to be blogged in the Food Porn section soon, but figured here was good, too.
